HOW WE OPERATE

1) We purchase live animals. 2. We examine the animals’ condition. 3. We plan logistics for transportation. 4. We outsource the entire slaughter process; we have a domestic facility and two foreign facilities. 5. We check the carcasses’ quality. 6. We oversee cutting (there are two cutting rooms). 7. We oversee the cold storage facilities (there are two).

PRODUCTS

All of our goods provide the highest levels of quality and food safety assurance, and they are all supported by our quality management system, traceability, and the official veterinary service seal. The adaptability of the procedures enables us to meet the needs of our customers as well as those of the various marketplaces.
