Food safety, the environment, and product quality are the three primary tenets of Càrniques de Celrà S.L.’s manufacturing philosophy.

The highest levels of food safety and quality are offered by all of our meat products, and this is ensured by our quality management system, our traceability system, and the seal of the official veterinary service.

Our HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system is functioning well because we have built a quality assurance system based on ISO standards that includes all essential and appropriate safeguards.

In compliance with the ISO22.000, BRC + BRC Module 11, IFS, and ISO 14001 environmental management standards, as well as the BRC + BRC Module 11 and IFS food safety and hygiene standards, we are certified by SGS ICS IBERICA. For traceability from farm (live animals and food) to consumer, we are also OCA CALITAX certified.
